Photo and Video Release Form

I hereby authorise Bedfordshire Dog Grooming to use photographs and video recordings of my pets taken during grooming services for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. These may include, but are not limited to, use on websites, social media, newsletters, flyers, brochures, promotional videos, and other digital or printed communications.

I understand that I will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of these photographs and video recordings in any promotional material.

I also understand that while images or videos of my pets may be shared, my personal details (such as my full name, contact information, or address) will remain private and will not be disclosed without my additional consent.

I confirm that my permission is given voluntarily, and I have not been coerced or pressured into agreeing to the use of my pets’ photographs and video recordings.

 I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this photo and video release agreement.
